Philip G. Monroe is a clinical psychologist with degrees from Berkshire Christian College, Westminster Theological Seminary, and Wheaton College Graduate School. For 17 years he directed the MA counseling and related programs in the graduate school of counseling at Biblical Seminary in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, where one of his projects was to create the Global Trauma Recovery Institute. He is now the Taylor Visiting Professor of counseling and psychology at Biblical Seminary and director of training and mentor at the American Bible Society’s Mission: Trauma Healing.
