Blended Mocha Freeze

Get the taste of a coffeehouse drink with fewer calories and less fat with this mocha freeze. Make this for your Sunday School coffee hour or have your Youth Group make it for a quick, fun treat!

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 cup very strong coffee, cold
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons spoonable sugar substitute
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, light
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free whipped topping

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except whipped topping into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until drink is smooth.
  3. Pour into cups and top with whipped topping.
