For over a decade, St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland has promoted Red Dress Sunday, a chance for congregations to educate and advocate for heart disease prevention. More than 170 congregations in the region have hosted Red Dress Sundays as part of the national Red Dress movement sponsored by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, National Institutes of Health and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
