Robin Gallaher Branch is the author of Six Biblical Plays for Contemporary Audiences (Cascade, 2016) and Jeroboam’s Wife: The Enduring Contributions of the Old Testament’s Least-Known Women (Wipf and Stock, 2018). She earned her PhD in 2000 in Hebrew Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She received a Fulbright Fellowship to South Africa for 2002–2003 and served at North-West University in Potchefstroom in the Faculty of Theology. She writes widely for the secular press and for academia. She currently teaches adjunct classes in New Testament and Old Testament at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee.
