Ingredients:

  • 6 large red potatoes, scrubbed clean and sliced thin
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped fine
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste if desired

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Add all ingredients on cookie sheet and toss to coat.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until desired crispness.
